Policies / Rules for YS Falls

The following items listed are not permitted to be brought into YS Falls:

1. Hard alcohol, including Rum, Vodka, Campari, Hennessy, or Tonic Wines. These may be purchased at the Falls.
2. Styrofoam containers.
3. Large tubes and floats.
4. Music or speakers.
5. Balls to be used in games.
6. Pets.

Additionally, we note that:

1. We do not allow cooking on the property. You are allowed to bring your own pre-prepared meals. Meals are available for purchase at the Falls.
2. Smoking is not permitted while at YS Falls. 
3. No lewd behaviour will be tolerated. 
4. NO REFUND DUE TO RIVER CONDITIONS OR INCLEMENT WEATHER
5. ALL GUESTS MUST OBEY ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE LIFEGUARDS AND OTHER STAFF, AS THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS. 
6. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO ALL STAFF.
